Keval Pardeshi ( Founder )
Working from 21 yrs in Dubai on more then 1155 projects so far .
Since starting his career with various seniors in industry where he became familiar with the rigor of proportions, the associations of noble materials. He implemented many exceptional projects (Hospitality , Private villas , Commercial interiors , wedding stage designing , events designing.).
His style is based on sobriety, purity, a timeless elegance, emblematic of contemporary chic. In his projects, he always seeks out streamlined spaces in order to magnify and enhance the beauty of volumes. Amongst his key-words, he likes to talk about “balance”, “rigor combined with lightness”,
“a passion for detail and exceptional designs”.
He sets forth his quest for perfection in order to satisfy a prestigious and exacting international clientele and to meet their demands, he selects and showcases the creation of the greatest designers as well as renown worldwide brands.
Soonia Maniktala ( Co - Founder )
She started her career in Design in 2009/10. Today with 14 yrs of experience in the region in design industry from developing the concept till final delivery of design| drawings |details. Sonia is involved throughout the project process.
Client relationships and understanding the client’s requirements and delivering it right is her passion, with attention to each detail and an eye for quality of work and materials is an excellence achieved through experience says Sonia. Carefully getting the works executed first in drawing then on site is what she loves the most. She brings perfection in each deliverable through personal attention from beginning till project completion.
Her style is characterized by timeless lines, a mix of sophistication and simplicity. She confirms with passion the importance conveyed by the quality of the objects surrounding us and their emotional dimension. Sonia favors using natural materials such as bronze, lacquer, marble, as well as massive and precious woods, that have been crafted in collaboration with the finest master artisans.
Her rule- is to give client more then what is committed & expected and develop long term relationships, our repeat clients are the proof for same.
Currently the team has been busy finishing two palatial villas architecture and interiors combined in Sharjah. These projects have taken the company to another dimension increasing the expertise to amalgamate Architecture with Interior Design, hence giving an equal importance to space inside and structure outside.
A person, a place, a need, a budget… we believe a project is like a custom perfume: a unique and very personal assemblage (exclusive, original, singular).
Thus, we attach particular importance to each request and respond in an open and dedicated manner. We make sure that our clients are involved and participate in every step of the project. Their personality, desires and intentions influence and enhance our ideas.
